While there are still a few housekeeping items with which to deal, we basically consider ourselves moved! We are officially a WordPress-driven site and happy to be so.

After much consideration and a bit of difficulty with Blogger, we’ve made the decision to move Stray Together to WordPress. If you’re not familiar with WordPress, it’s some of the most amazing software ever created and it’s FREE! We’ve had the wonderful experience of building several websites using this software, and we feel it’s going to be the best way to build and promote our blog. We will continue to use the domain name StrayTogether.com, but I believe the whole “follow” thing will get a little weird. Please do try to keep up with us – we value your patronage.

Our apologies go to our faithful readers! Our vanilla lives have just plain taken over, and there’s been no time to post any of our new stories. We have, however, found the time to play a little here and a little there, and fresh reading will be posted eventually. :) Whatever you do, though, please don’t ask Jack to tell you about the great time we had on New Year’s Eve. Somehow, I managed to skip over the dinner part of our evening, drank a little too much, and … well … playtime turned into nap time. At least that dress made for comfortable pajamas. ;)

I had recently overheard a conversation about how wonderful an acquaintance’s glass dildo was and wondered what all the fuss was about. Not knowing this person very well, it didn’t seem appropriate to ask her why it was so terrific, but it wasn’t the first time I had heard rave reviews about glass, so my curiosity peaked. A week or so later, I had completely forgotten about it when Jack and I visited a local adult toy store for a fresh bottle of our favorite lube. Unfortunately, my vanilla life has taken me away from blogging for the past couple of weeks. But don’t despair! We had such a blast on Halloween night that I’ve been able to think of no other sexual encounter for the past two weeks! The post that will follow this one shortly is long, but definitely worth the read, in my opinion. Whether you find yourself home alone tonight, like me, or with a partner and are looking for a little something to warm you up, grab a glass of your favorite beverage, a vibrator, if you’re so inclined, or dip your hand in your partner’s pleasure place, and enjoy the sights and sounds, as best I can relay them in written form. Halloween 2009 will forever hold a special place in my sexual fantasy library. :)

I was told the other day that American women are “lonely” in sex, and it was explained to me that this meant that they aren’t satisfied in bed. A specific example given was that American men last an average of 6 minutes during intercourse and, by contrast, Italian men last 42 minutes on average. Now, this statistic was given to me by a man who’s so Italian that I would guess he has his country’s flag tattooed on his cock, so I’m taking it with a grain of salt. As an aside, I’ll mention that Jack has been called — by fellow swing clubbers, not by me — “marathon man” … ‘nough said. ;) My question to anyone reading is: Where can I find good international sex statistics? I’ve looked around the web, unsuccessfully, and am reaching out to anyone with sources.
